Is Meera hunted for the knowledge she holds, or is she herself the weapon the enemy seeks?
The Grendolen emperor is after an ancient, deadly weapon, and he thinks Meera Tarmanon possesses the key that can unlock it. When a reference to the key is found in a sacred scroll, Meera and her unlikely fellowship are charged with its safekeeping and sent on a quest to decode its secrets.
But as they race to find answers, Meera begins manifesting unexplainable abilities, forcing them all to question whether the information she holds can unlock the weapon’s location, or if she herself is the weapon they must destroy.
